Soft Enamel Badges start off as a custom stamped piece of metal, made to your design and in your chosen plating colour. Coloured enamel is then placed in the recesses of the metal badge, which once baked in an oven hardens, sitting within and below the metal of the badge which separates the colour. This gives the badge a bumpy feel and 3D effect. 
 
If you would prefer a flat surface, we can add an epoxy resin to level the badge. The result is a smooth, flat and very slight domed finish, which also protects the enamel.
 
There are no set-up charges and the prices shown include the epoxy finish and up to 4 enamel colours, which we can pantone match to your brand should you wish.
